What the 8-week course entails:
A small, close-knit group of Kings. This program will only have a max of 10 spaces to ensure everyone gets what they need from the program and you all make friends for life.
A weekly three-hour deep dive group coaching call where you will learn a new practice each week, be able to bring issues to the table, form an unbreakable bond with you fellow Kings and I’ll coach you in all of the most important areas of your life. Each call will have a massive impact on each and every man involved.
A private Facebook group where you can post videos and communicate with each other between calls. I'll be going live in the group regularly, giving feedback and you’ll have that group accountability and brotherhood to ensure you accomplish everything you need to.
Weekly tasks that will increase your comfort zones and give you a deeper understanding of who you are, what you want and how you’re going to get there.
Accountability. You’ll be paired up each week to complete your tasks. Your brothers in arms and myself will be with you every step of the way throughout your journey and together we will be stronger.
Tools and recordings for you to download and keep that will help you stay on track and progress long after the program ends.

I'm a life coach.
I've seen and done enough for me to be comfortable with that title.
My qualifications are an NLP Master Coach, a Master Hypnotherapist and a Master Timeline Practitioner as well as a level 2 Fitness Trainer and currently completing my level 3 Personal Trainer certificate.
I'm also a licensed No More Mr Nice Guy Coach under one of my mentors, the pioneering Dr Robert Glover.
I specialise in helping middle-aged men who have been through divorces, breakups and midlife crisis or are just plain unhappy.
Often you guys will feel like you have lost your focus, inspiration and motivation.
Your vision of the future has either completely changed, isn't what you want any more or you don't have one at all.
You feel stuck. Lost. Bored. Disconnected to yourself and your masculinity.
This can lead to self-destructive behaviours and actions. Drink, drugs, sex (for the wrong reasons with the wrong people) etc
The launch of The Council of Kings group coaching program will allow men to connect and support each other through a life-changing process.
I do this because that was me. Despite having a great family, and friends who I could have talked to, I still felt that I couldn't when I needed to.
That landed me in the hospital with a panic attack which I thought was a heart attack.
Afterwards, I looked around me and wondered how I came to be where I was, doing what I was doing and no real idea of where I was going.
I changed all of that through hypnotherapy, NLP and health and fitness.
I do it because 84 men a week commit suicide in this country and I want to do my bit to prevent that.
I do it because I've got 3 girls in my life who I want to make proud.
I do this because I have successfully, and amicably, navigated my own divorce alongside my ex wife.
I have now helped many others Get Back in the Game, find their crowns, and become Kings, and I know I can help many more.
